These terms apply when you use wpkayce.io or our plugins. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
About us
wpkayce is a brand of Himalayan Digitech Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal. “wpkayce”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean Himalayan Digitech Pvt. Ltd., trading as wpkayce, based at Khajura Road, Nepalgunj, Nepal. You can reach us at contact@wpkayce.io.
Free plugins
Our free plugins are provided through WordPress.org at no charge under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That licence sets out what you can do with the plugin code.
Kayce Discount Rules Pro
- Licence: Pro is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later. A paid licence gives you updates and priority support for the number of sites in your plan.
- Sites: each site where you activate the licence uses one of your plan’s sites. You can deactivate it on one site and use it on another.
- Requirements: Pro needs the free Kayce Discount Rules plugin and a supported version of WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Free trial: you can try Pro free for 7 days without a card. When the trial ends, rules that use Pro features pause until you buy a licence. Your other rules keep working.
Payments and renewals
- Purchases are processed by Freemius, which handles checkout, payment, applicable sales tax or VAT and invoices. Its terms also apply to your purchase.
- Plans renew automatically each year at the price shown when you buy, unless you cancel before your renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops future renewals and doesn’t refund earlier payments, except under our refund policy.
- If you don’t renew, Pro keeps working on the version you have. Updates and priority support stop until you renew.
- We may change prices for new purchases. We’ll give notice before a price change affects your renewal.
Refunds
Pro has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Yearly renewals aren’t refundable. The details are in our refund policy.
Support
Support is provided through our support form and email, and for free plugins also through the WordPress.org forums. We aim to reply within one business day, with Pro customers answered first, but we can’t promise a particular response or fix time. Support covers our plugins, not custom development or problems caused by other software.
Your responsibilities
- Test discounts and changes before relying on them, and keep backups of your site.
- Check that your prices, promotions, taxes and store policies are correct and legal where you sell.
- Don’t use the site or plugins to break the law, send spam, or attack or disrupt any system.
- Don’t submit content through our forms that you don’t have the right to share.
Custom work
Website and development projects are agreed separately. The written agreement for that project applies to its scope, price and delivery.
Our content and name
The wpkayce name, logo, website content, documentation, images and videos belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can link to our pages, but please don’t copy them or suggest we endorse you without permission. The GPL still applies to the plugin code.
Third-party services
Our site and plugins may link to or work with services we don’t control, including WordPress, WooCommerce, WordPress.org, Freemius, YouTube and Facebook. We aren’t responsible for those services or their terms.
No warranty
The site and plugins are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your particular needs. The money-back guarantee above still applies.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, sales, data or business. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that can’t legally be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using the site and plugins at any time. We may suspend or end a paid licence or access to the site if these terms are seriously broken or the use is unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Nepal. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t remove any mandatory rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top. Changes don’t affect purchases already completed, except where the law requires it.
