Do I need coupons for this to work?
No. Rules apply automatically: shoppers see discounted prices without entering a code. Coupons keep working alongside rules.
Does it change my product prices?
No. Prices in your database stay as they are. Discounts are worked out as pages and carts load, so pausing a rule restores normal prices instantly.
Does it work with the Cart and Checkout blocks?
Yes, and with the classic cart and checkout. In the blocks, each discounted line shows the original price and a “Save” label.
What if two rules match the same product?
By default the customer gets the lowest price, and discounts don’t add up. Pro can apply the highest rule in your list, or stack every discount. See When rules overlap.
Can I schedule a sale to start and end automatically?
Yes, with Pro’s date and time schedule condition, including weekdays and daily hours. See Conditions.
Can I give discounts only to certain customers?
With Pro, add a User role condition (for example wholesale buyers), or a First order condition for new customers.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes. Rules apply to every variation, the shop shows the discounted price range, and bulk tiers can count variations together or separately.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with any theme that uses standard WooCommerce templates, including block themes. If your theme’s product page doesn’t show the pricing table, place it with the block or shortcode.
Is it compatible with HPOS?
Yes. It supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
Will it slow down my store?
No. All rules are loaded with one database read, prices are worked out in memory, and the front end adds only a tiny stylesheet and script on product pages that show a pricing table.
Does it work with currency switcher plugins?
Rules run late, after most plugins have adjusted prices, so percentage discounts work with most currency switchers. Amounts off and fixed prices are entered in your store’s currency, so test those with your switcher before relying on them.
Are discounts shown in my order reports?
Yes. Order totals reflect the discounted prices, each discounted order line records the rule and original price, and the rules screen shows orders and savings for the last 30 days.
Can I translate the plugin?
Yes. It is fully translatable, with translations delivered through WordPress.org, and works in right-to-left languages.
How do I get support?
Email support@wpkayce.io or use the support form, and the developer who built the plugin will reply, usually within one business day. Pro customers are answered first. Include your WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions, and what you expected to happen.
What happens to my rules if I uninstall?
Deleting the plugin removes your rules and settings. Past orders keep their discounted prices and the note of which rule applied.
