Install the free plugin
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
- Search for Kayce Discount Rules.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
You can also download the zip and upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
Note: The plugin declares WooCommerce as a required plugin. WordPress won’t let you activate it until WooCommerce is active, and keeps it from being deactivated while Kayce Discount Rules is in use.
Install Pro
Pro is an add-on: it needs the free plugin to stay active. After buying, your purchase email from Freemius has a download link for Pro and your licence key. You can download Pro again any time from users.freemius.com.
- Install and activate the free plugin first (above).
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the Pro zip you downloaded and click Install Now, then Activate.
- Go to WooCommerce → Discount Rules Pro, paste your licence key and click Activate License to switch on automatic updates. See Licence and updates.

Uninstalling
Deleting the free plugin from Plugins → Installed Plugins removes your rules and settings. Orders keep a note of which rule discounted each item, because that is part of the order record. Deleting Pro removes only its licence data; your Pro rules stay in the free plugin, marked “Needs Pro”, until you reinstall Pro or delete them.
