A discount isn’t showing
- Is the rule Active? Paused rules and “Needs Pro” rules aren’t applied.
- Does step 1 cover the product? Check exclusions and “Skip products that are already on sale”.
- For bulk rules: is the quantity inside a tier? Bulk discounts show in the cart, and in the shop only when a tier starts at 1.
- Does another rule give a lower price? By default the customer gets the best price, so the other rule is the one used.
- Pro conditions: are they all true for this cart and customer (subtotal before discounts, role, schedule, timezone)?
- Using page caching? Clear the cache and check again; see the note in Conditions.
The pricing table doesn’t appear
- Settings → Quantity pricing table may be set to Hidden.
- The product must be covered by an active bulk rule whose conditions hold.
- Some themes replace WooCommerce’s product page hooks. Add the Quantity Pricing Table block or the shortcode to the product template.
My badge text isn’t used
Grids built with WooCommerce blocks show WooCommerce’s own “Sale” label. Your badge text applies in classic shop pages and product pages.
A free gift isn’t added
- The gift product must be in stock and purchasable.
- The cart must contain something the rule covers, and every condition must hold. Remember gifts don’t count towards the subtotal.
- If the shopper removed the gift, it isn’t added back during that visit. Test in a private browser window.
